As your agent we will list and advertise
your properties on our web site.
The services that are offered are to match or find a suitable interested
party in the property that you have listed or advertised. Once the
match is successfully concluded, a fee based as a percentage of
the negotiated price will be payable to us. Our company will also
be under take to introduce interested local or foreign partners
in the case of joint venture projects. IN such instances, the fee
for this service will also have to be negotiated. If our participation
in the joint venture is feasible, our fee for this part of the service
will be waived.

One agreement per property to be entered into with specifics of the property as per the format given.

Read and sign the conditions upon which the advertiser’s property content will be advertised on the web.

Financial consideration upon listing and the commission fee to be agreed upon on a percentage basis with advertisers.

Indirect advertisers includes brokers and other third parties and may also be considered provided there is certified authority from the owners/owners empowering them to seek our services and an agreement for fee sharing will have to be entered between the owner, the broker and ourselves prior to listing.
