  Photographic and details of properties to be advertised.
  1. All photographs, pictures and graphical representations or reproductions and details of the property or properties to be advertised should be vouched to be true and accurate in all respects. All such details and photographs, pictures and graphical representations or reproductions supplied by the advertiser should have the legal authority of the owner in writing, giving such specific authority to advertise those All photographs, pictures and graphical representations or reproductions on our web site and associated links with third party web sites, unless the advertiser is the legal owner having title to the property.

  2. FHH will make all effort necessary to protect and safeguard such pictures and graphical representations or reproductions and details of the property or properties to be advertised but cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage however caused or by any loss sustained. Whilst every effort will be made to reproduce all such advertising material submitted, FHH cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages or otherwise resulting from errors and omissions.

  3. FHH shall be entitled to reproduce in whole or in part all or any all photographs, pictures and graphical representations or reproductions and details of the property or properties to be advertised and claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of photographs, pictures and graphical representations or reproductions and details of the property or properties advertised, that are supplied to FHH by the advertiser.

  4. The advertiser undertakes to indemnify FHH against any action brought against FHH for use of photographs, pictures and graphical representations or reproductions and details of the property or properties supplied to FHH by the advertiser.

  5. FHH will monitor all internet traffic to the advertisers page and of purchase and sale enquiries, including bookings made for rental or lease.

  6. All advertisers are required to inform FHH of all sales, purchases and bookings made for such listed properties.

  7. Each property to be advertised shall be included in one agreement only. Each and every additional property or properties shall have separate agreements.

  8. Advertisers are deemed to have read the terms and conditions and disclaimer at the time hey conclude an agreement with FHH.
